  • Teamwork, Facilitation of KAIZEN teams
  • Control of problem-solving processes
  • Practice-oriented presentation exercises

Who should attend

Anyone who informs and trains others as part of a change process. Anyone involved in production, maintenance, planning, quality management, technical services, education and training, continuous improvement as well as KAIZEN operatives.
